is this program can make gcode for the replicator 

I tried and then I got not that the gcode have problems

You can use this program to generate Gcode for the Makerbot Replicator 1 original, 2 and 2x. I don't know the necessaries for the 5th Gen.

Search this forum for the settings for the Replicator 1 dual I posted, together with a short manual.

Further: your report isn't very informative: if you want specific help: describe the excact error you got, your printer type, the used KS settings, the host you drive your printer (Makerware or RepG). Or if you are using GPX post processing.
