help with pre nozzle extrusion on cubex

would like to figure out how to either extrude filament with a line prior to printing actual object, to prevent pre globs and also figure out how to make a circle around the object prior to printing. thank you I hope I explained correctly.

set Raft Type to : Skirt and Inflate Raft to 10

yes that is exactly what I wanted. do I have to change the 10 or does it know with the number to go around what ever I print?
