I have enclosed the notice of the 58th Annual General Meeting of the Nairobi Chess Club for your attention.

Enclosed please find the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Creditors Listing, and detailed General Ledger.

Please note that only paid up members are eligible to attend and vote.

A list of paid up members is included in this email.  Those wishing to pay membership may do so at the club.  Membership fee is KES 1,500 for the year to 31st August 2016.
