I would consider any Kymco scooter. A scooter with a 150cc engine MAY be fast enough but a 200cc-250 cc scooter would be more confident while riding.

Honda and Yamaha are good scooter butmore expensive

Can any of you help me choose a scooter? I live in a rural area of Ohio. I
need to use the scooter to get to town about 10 miles away. I need to
travel at about 55-60MPH and of course get as many miles to the gallon as
possible. I am 5'7" tall and weigh no more than 150#. We do not have any
other dealers than Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha anywhere nearby. And...I'm on
a fairly tight budget. HELP!!!!!!!
