Jenkins Themes & Login Page

Do either of the Jenkins themes "jenkins-neo-theme" or "jenkins-material-theme" change the look of the login page?

The main reason for this is that our DevOps team has setup multiple Jenkins servers and it is so easy to mistake one for the other.  It would be awesome if the theme changed the look or colors of the login page so that it is quiet obvious which Jenkins server is being used.
