Is it possible to use IQTREE to compare different gene tree topologies using AU/SH test ?

Hi,

I have four concensus ML gene trees (from IQTREE) that I would like to test for their congruency. I am wondering whether I can use the tree topology testing function for that. If it is possible pleasehelp me with the code. I am new to IQTREE and used the IQTREE web server to construct the ML trees
