Questions, feedback, feature request and bug report for IQ-TREE phylogenomic software http://www.iqtree.org

To report bug, please start the title with "BUG: " followed by a short description. In the body please give the detailed (unexpected) behavior, the version number, platform (Windows, Linux or macOS), the command line, random seed number, which can be extracted from the first 10 lines of the log file. Then insert all the log file lines with WARNING, ERROR, and the last few relevant lines of the log.

NOTE: Do not send your data here for confidential reason. A team member will contact you for full log file and/or data files for debugging purpose if necessary.
