Contraints bug?

Hi there!

I am performing a series of analyses with contraint trees.

When I perform analyses with the IQ-Tree, all analyses occur normally.

However, when I perform analyses with the IQ-Tree 2 version, using the SAME parameters, the analysis does not occur properly (apparently the contraint is ignored).

Could this be an IQ-Tree version 2.0 bug? Or does this version have some additional command for the analyses with contraints to be performed?

I'm getting the same issue in the latest version of IQ-Tree using a partition model and constraint. In 1.6.12 it works fine, but the same parameters in 2.2.0 just output the ML tree, ignoring the constraint (but without any mention of an error)
