Hi all,
I want to generate ultrafast bootstrap replicates with branch lengths from my data.

I follow the iqtree2 -h to add --wbtl in my code, however, every UFbootstrap tree in .ufboot file has the same branch lengths. Did I do anything wrong? Thanks a lot.

Here is my code:
iqtree2 -s /home/as0201941/Begonia_IBC/concat/concat_227taxa.phy -p /home/as0201941/Begonia_IBC/concat/concat_227taxa.nex --B 1500 -m GTR+G -T 4 --wbtl -g /home/as0201941/Begonia_IBC/coalescent/branch_annotated_unrooted_227taxa.tre

Best wishes,
Hong-Wun
