concordance factor on tree based on concatenated snp

Hello everyone,

Can some one please explain the relevance of calculating concordance factor (gene and site CF) for a phylogenetic tree produced from concatenated snp in IQtree. I have carried out Ultrafast bootstrap and SH-alrt, but was wondering whether I should also calculate CF on the tree.
