An IQ-TREE package for FreeBSD is kindly made available by Joseph Mingrone (Dalhousie University, Canada):

https://www.freshports.org/biology/iqtree/

IQ-TREE can be easily installed via command line:

pkg install iqtree

IQ-TREE is also available on other platforms (Debian/Ubuntu, Anaconda, Homebrew etc.). See
