Dear users,
The HIV database resource at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (https://www.hiv.lanl.gov/) kindly created a new web server for IQ-TREE freely available at:
https://www.hiv.lanl.gov/content/sequence/IQTREE/iqtree.html
Thus you can freely submit your IQ-TREE analysis online there. Compared with our current web server (http://iqtree.cibiv.univie.ac.at), this new web server provides a default option to compute site-specific evolutionary rates and a few neat options to root the tree (e.g. midpoint rooting).
