to IQ-TREE
Hi all,
I have been trying to run a partitioned analysis with mixed data types in IQ-TREE2. It has been running for about a month with no end in sight as the time to finish keeps increasing.
I've attached my log file and partitions file.
Other relevant information is below:
IQ-TREE multicore version 2.2.6 COVID-edition for Linux 64-bit built Dec 8 2023 Developed by Bui Quang Minh, James Barbetti, Nguyen Lam Tung, Olga Chernomor, Heiko Schmidt, Dominik Schrempf, Michael Woodhams, Ly Trong Nhan.
Host: lughc3 (AVX2, FMA3, 995 GB RAM) Command: iqtree2 -p partitions.C20.nex -T 40 -pre acan_mixed.LGC20GF.GTRGF Seed: 834610 (Using SPRNG - Scalable Parallel Random Number Generator) Time: Mon Jan 29 12:40:41 2024 Kernel: AVX+FMA - 40 threads (40 CPU cores detected)
Any help with how to proceed with this would be greatly appreciated.
