Process killed during model finding

Dear all, 

I'm trying to build a tree from some alignment files in phy format. These files come from a GBS sequencing of maize lines.

Please find attached the log file of IQ-Tree. I don't understand the problem because my PC has 15 GB of RAM and 24 threads. I think the problem concerns the technical features of my PC but I don't understand why.

Here the command I sent: iqtree2 -s concat_merge_aa.phy -m MF -blmin 1e-6  --mem 12G -nt 20.
