-wsl printing results of the last run, not the best run when using --runs option

Hi, I was conducting some analysis involving site-wise log-likelihood calculation, and found that when using --runs option sum of the site-wise log-likelihood matches that of the last run, not the best run. I just decided to run 10 independent runs and summarize the result by myself but felt like that I should let the team know. Thanks.
