Mixed data in IQ-TREE

Hello,

Has the mixed data in one alignment been implemented in IQ-TREE? I'm trying to analyse the concatenated dataset of nucleotide and aa sequences; it looks like the program does not recognize aa symbols. I keep getting error messages like ERROR: Sequence ______________ has invalid character L at site 1788, even though I provide partition file like DNA, SSU=1-1779;

PROT, actin=1780-2044

I would be grateful for any ideas on how to do this correctly. Thank you in advance!
