Dating an existing tree

Hello,

I am trying to date my existing phylogeny; and it worked but I get a very strange dated tree. Somehow, iqtree or lsd2, I don't know, is changing the topology of the tree (find attached; changed branch indicated by red dot at tip). Have you ever seen something like this before?

I have found the solution to my problem, I needed to set the outgroup via "-o" option in iqtree. anyway, have a nice week,
