[PROBLEM]
Helo!

I'm trying to increase a little bit of performace on Fallout 3 and NV. Any sugestions or coments will be welcome.

On fallout 3 i'm getting outside doors (15-28 fps, nothing much but is "playable and fun" )...

The problem is at Fallout New Vegas i'm getting outside doors 5-8 fps, and indoors sometimes it raise to 17 or 20 fps(hardly).

I tryied to install Jairs Modded Driver and used his APP (Intel Display Adapter Management Tool), its better than nothing but it was a gain of like 2-5 fps. And i tryied to change the Fallout.ini files for
pavapizza27 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Au2ZIdUHvs8), but i dont know why the game launcher dont accepted it and replaced the files to the defaults (low settings .ini), maybe its an old version .ini and not compatible with my updated New Vegas (steam).

Well, theres anyone here that played on similar Specs and could help me?

Thanks...

Hi there,

Unfortunately, I can't help you out at the moment.
But maybe you could help me :)
I'm using Win 7 x64 and have to use the Sigma driver, because I didn't
find any other for x64.
Could you please post a link to Jair's driver?
Your results look very promising.

Thanks a lot.

There are specialized tweak guides developed for games such as Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Fallout New vegas (Gamebryo Engine). Once I have access to a computer I will give you a few links. Also don't forget that all these games are very moddable and have huge community's dedicated to modding the games, you should check out the nexus sites - they are huge. A lot of these mods are orientated at increasing performance and do so quite effectively too.

Im going to make this easy as possible.

Isair, is not part of my team.

His drivers and idtm are cheap copies of our work.

IDTM is a cheap copy of our addreg, IGRM is the best tool we have
developed by Haze, USE IT.

The best driver for X3100 is Sherry 1.2 for X3100 developed by Angelic
tears and adapted by Neodragon.

Im sorry but no one can promote anything not developed by my team,
this is not a drivers fair, we actually take this seriously because we
respect your machines, not like the clowns you will find in youtube
releasing shit they dont know, the problem with this media is that you
dont know who is bhind the screen, in case you didnt know ALL of them
are 14 years old kids copying what we do.

So before recommending something think twice pls, in Soldiers sans
frontiers ill will keep an eye on that, and its my job to keep my team
away from troubles.

Alrighty then, Here are your nexus Links

Fallout New Vegas: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/

Both these sites contain invaluable amounts of mods and fixes, some are nearly essential to the games immersion and performance factor's. You will need to register to download files over 2MB (Dont worry, its free and Ive been a member for over three years and have never had them abuse my email.)

Here are the Tweak Guides.

Below are some basic Fallout 3 performance mods to get you going.

And here is a Modding guide if you are new to Modding Gamebryo Based Games (Beth-soft in particular) Its very easy once you have a quick muck about with it despite what a first glance may suggest.

Fallout 3 and New Vegas use nearly identical engine versions so these guides work both ways.

If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

Nah no worries dany i just hate those guys, thanks to them we got in
deep troubles, they are irresponsable, for releasing drivers without
any knowledge and any sense of responsability

Just to make shit clear, isair's driver is a ripoff of Sigma 3.0 .
There's NOTHING changed besides the obvious renaming. The guys was
only trying to get some attention from people here.
Again, as Mad_Beast said :

x3100 ( Intel 965/960GL ) 32bit - Use Sherry 1.2 for x3100 ( some
device ID are not supported by this one, so if it doesn't install, get
Sigma 3.0 )

x3100 ( Intel 965/960GL ) 64bit - Use Sigma 3.0 x64

Thanks NeoDragon, Jose and THEfog,
I'm finally getting good FPS (15-20 playable) rate outdoors (wasteland) on Fallout New Vegas.

What i did:
1- Installed the driver Sigma 3.0 for 64 bits
http://www.mediafire.com/?twao3wcmawg
2- Used the Intel GMA RED Modder.exe(made by Hase Aulaian) to add FalloutNV.exe(Software Mode) on registry;
3- Changed all my graphical settings to low;
4- Changed Falloutprefs.ini (isize w=640, isize h=480, all "~decal~" options to 0);
5- Created a start.txt file with all the comands that Ranger101 recommended:
http://groups.google.com/group/intel9x-gaming/browse_thread/thread/8b27224eea452f47?pli=1
6 -On the game display configurations i'v seted to zero, Actor Fade, Item Fade, Object Fade, Grass Fade.... and the others "props" fade;
7- Runned the game and openned the console ( Bat start.txt );

I'm thinking about to create and mod on G.E.C.K to always start the game with thouse comands and preferences, but i'm still studying how to mod fallout new vegas at nexus links that THEFog recommended;
