Fellow friends
After Bokaro Seminar and RTI reply from IRDA, this has become amply clear that seminars being organised by IIISLA have no sanctity and no where have the spirit of up-gradation of knowledge,
and as rightly pointed by Mr Anoop Kumar the hidden agenda behind is to use surveyors money for self projection of organisers some how. Worse is that this being carried with false propaganda.
I must appreciate Mr J P Singh, that he publically took the moral responsibility of the wrongs in Bokaro, to which Mr Shashi Bhushan is still sticking to his guns of being right. But
the question is that Mr J P Singh took the moral responsibility of Bokaro Seminar, then why Mr. Vora and Council not take the responsibility of the other seminars which are taking with similar wrongs and propaganda under IIISLA banner.
How the seminars are organised and denied, I am presenting an example and see the series of mails enclosed exchanged with Mr. Vora, for a seminar desired by Moradabad Surveyors.
A seminar was proposed by Moradabad Surveyor for Oct last year and permission was sought from Mr Vora in Sept. Almost 45 days in advance. Organisers made some proposals, particularly
on funds routing through zonal account which is never declared and audited (COUNCIL HAS TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS ACCOUNT IN DELHI WHICH IS PERATIVE FOR LAST 5 YEARS AND NEVER REFLECTED IN COUNCIL ACCOUNTS). Mr Vora expressed some reservations on
which Organisers agreed to Mr. Vora to use IIISLA central council account rather than Zonal Account. Mr Vora then, wrote that he shall wait for recommendation, (without further details as to whose recommendations)
Then Moradabad Organisers received a mail from Mr J C Joshi that central council has raised several objections. This mail is also enclosed. Hereafter a seminar in Faridabad was announced
with almost all the same arrangements that were planned by Moradabad Surveyors. The intentions was not to let Moradabad surveyors organise a seminar and only they should organise seminar, project themselves as heros and also collect money. Mr Vipin Shukla
even sent a mail on the board criticising me on withdrawal of Moradabad Seminar.
IMPORTANTLY MR SANJAY SURPURIYA ATTENDED FARIDABAD SEMINAR. WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF HIS VISIT IN FARIDABAD. WHO PAID HIS COST AND WHAT COUNCIL HAS TO STATE ON THIS KIND OF SEMINAR
ORGANISING.
Now does it not reflect a conspiracy of the council members. How will council convince that they are not part of such conspiracy, particularly when Mr J C Joshi has thrown
the entire responsibility in the name of central council only. Will Mr Vora also show the same spirit as Mr J P Singh has shown to accept the moral responsibility of Bokaro Seminar. Mr Vora has invariably stated that he does not bother for what is written
on the board, but he must come clean that he is not part of these money collections and misuse of money in the name of seminars. Now a meeting is called at Poona on 27th. The meeting is for Chapter and Zone office bearers.
The zones are 6 year old and chapters are 5 years old (Many states do not have chapters and council members have framed their own chapter of convenience and even made adhoc appointments.). By any rules terms of sones and chapters should stand expired. Still
Mr Vora has given them legitimacy with such authority of holding their meeting or seeking their recommendations for seminars. All participants at Poons shall be at IIISLA Cost. There is no such announcement of it on IIISLA website. The information is pouring
that this is being organised to satisfy the ego of one council member. Otherwise what is the Agenda and how important it is to announce before Zones and chapters and not to be disclosed to all the members. I am sure members shall find some thing hidden like
decided in Nagpur on half fees membership of which limited persons took advantage and Mr Vora was one to get himself elected on that fraud.
I demand Mr Vora and other Council Members to take responsibility of mess that has been created in the form of seminars at the fag end of their tenure. Non transparent working of IIISLA
and Pune Meet is also being seen as their hidden aspirations of contesting elections. They have right for it, but misuse of Surveyor money for it is certainly condemnable.
