I had to buy a separate mic. I could find away to share my wireless headset.
What I did was run an audio cable from Audio Out (this would be your speakers normally) on the “Mic PC” to the Audio In (this would be your mic normally) on my “Gaming PC”.
Then on the gaming PC made sure in the recording tab (Windows sound – assuming you are using Windows) on the mixer for the mic is set to the Audio In port and not the mic on my headset.
This for me has worked out well, because I can control the volume of Skype/Vent independently. Some people talk too quietly. J
