Can you be more specific about what happens and which nds release
you're using?

if you're using isds-r164.nds, which has been marked as deprecated
then it's quite probable that you're experiencing this:

If I had to guess he's probably experiencing the same thing that I was, as Salva pointed out.  I haven't got the chance to play with the newer releases yet (college has started again sadly).  I'll try to do it today while I'm at work if possible.
