Dear Tabish,
Checklist by by L. Klimeš and B. Dickoréa and theis book listed Saussurea bracteata Decne. and Saussurea schultzii Hook.f. separately as well as in POWO. According to the image from their book image from the FoI looks more like Saussurea schultzii Hook.f. .
Could you please look into this ?

Dear Saroj,
   Thanks a lot! Yes, Saussurea bracteata Decne. and Saussurea schultzii are different species. However I am confused between the two species, not able to find a source to distinguish the two. Flora of British India prominently mentions the presence of Saussurea bracteata in Ladakh. Is it possible for your to post the image of Saussurea schultzii from that book here?
