Hello,

I found this tree (attached pictures) in the Yelagiri Hills (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yelagiri), which is said to be part of the Eastern Ghats.

The tree was really large - probably 100 feet high.  I've also enclosed pictures of it's trunk and leaves. I didn't find any fruit on the ground around it, though.

Can someone help me identify this?

Thanks in advance,
Arvind
