Garden Bush for ID : Oman : 240612 : AK-1

A very common cultivated, garden bush, Height approx. 6-8 feet.
Pictures taken on 15/6/12 in Muscat. 
Not seen it flowering.
Resembles the Kewda.
Pandanus species?
Kindly id.

Adding few more pictures taken recently.
The bush was trimmed, there by giving a better look of the stems & roots.
It could be Kewda, with root caps visible.

It is one of the cultivated Pandanus species. 

Most of the cultivated species are develops from Pandanus odorifer by breeding techniques.

recorded in Oman and looks good.
