Are these two pictures in this thread represents same species?
Would you please give more information such as place season/time of fruiting/flowering... etc.

Regards,

Then not Jamun. Could be Ligustrum, may be L. lucidum, check further for flowers.
By the way you have mixed two plants by giving same subject line: One with blackish berries (Ligustrum perhaps) and one with reddish  seeds emerging from fruit. Give them distinct subject line by appending 220312 SRANA-1 and 220312 SRANA-2 to keep them in separate threads.

But sir, the fruits looks bit bigger (here) for this being Ligustrum lucidum

May be the shape of the fruit as well. In Ligustrum it is little elongated here it looks globose.

I was also thinking of Ligustrum but the fruit size and the leaf shape and venation made me to think.

Giby

Respected Sir
Apology for inconvenience. I have posted the other plant in separate thread directly on efi wall. I am facing this problem in my mail. My two consecutive mails always get combined in one mail. Now I will try to post directly on efi wall. The new format of Google group is a little complex.
Thanks a lot Sir for your cooperation.

Warm regards

Suresh ji
They won't combine if you give them different subject lines. Use Google docs. It is convenient after you have learnt the basics. Follow directions given by me and Dinesh ji.
