“But sir, the fruits looks bit bigger (here) for this being Ligustrum lucidum.

May be the shape of the fruit as well. In Ligustrum it is little elongated here it looks globose.
I was also thinking of Ligustrum but the fruit size and the leaf shape and venation made me to think.
