It is not possible to identify without flower but I its look like
Conchidium muscicola. Do you have any photo of flower? Please send a
clouseup photo of complit plant and flower.

According to the FOPI , Conchidium braccatum (Lindl.) Brieger
and Conchidium microchilos (Dalzell) Rauschert have got
distribution in Maharashtra!

I will guess this to be Conchidium filiforme, now this is called Porpax filiformis.
