The fruits look like Smilax sp. but the leaves do not.

Sorry for the confusion in the photographs ( I could'nt get close to the plant.)It appears that the fruits are of a creeper which is climbing on the plant whose leaves are seen whereas the creeper's leaves cannot be seen.(probably it has shed them)

The shrub is difficult to make out may be Uvaria or Aporosa?
