Seems to be Bougainvillea spectabilis

Didi,

FoP informs me that  spines of B. glabra are slightly curved and upto 1 cm while FoC informs me leaves of B. spectabilis are densely pubescent. This plant doesn't feature both these two characters. I also read a few docs, before submitting, one ex http://www.ctahr.hawaii.edu/oc/freepubs/pdf/OF-38.pdf
