I think it may be Polygala chinensis as per images at iNaturalist. 

Another species which appears quite close is Vishnu M., Nampy S. 2022. Polygala idukkiana (Polygalaceae), a new species from the southern Western Ghats, India. Anales del Jardín Botánico de Madrid 79, as per details herein and as at 12 Identify weed plant and Requesting a herb id_1_081022
