Yes, Prashant Ji, You are right.
This is Farsetia jacquemontii HK. F. & Th. Recently I have Identified this plant from my field Mentor Dr. P. N. Joshi. Generally, this not common plan found in hilly tracks of  Kachchh and Saurashtra, Gujarat.

Very small siliquae compared to your post (Flora of the Indian Desert) is putting me in some doubt. 
I think it may be Farsetia hamiltonii Royle (syn. of F. stylosa) as per keys in Flora of Pakistan, POWO, GBIF specimens from India- one, two, three, four, five

We have three species
1. Farsetia hamiltonii Royle 
2. Farsetia jacquemontii Hk. F. & Th. 
3. Farsetia macrantha Blatt. & Hallb.

Please check for Farsetia hamiltonii . I have come across this plant in Jaisalmer .
