Dear Rathin:
This plant just wont quit my mind!!

a spider wort?
a brommeliad with blue flowers?
may be//  may be not

but I would settle for any of the

Tradescantia Genus of family Commelinaceae

lets see what real botanists and taxomnomists tell us...

very nice intriguing plant..

do you have some pictures which may be in a bit more sharper image?

Thanks

Yes, this appears to be Cryptanthus of Bromeliaceae. However, most species of Cryptanthus have variegated leaves and the plant shown in the photo have completely green leaves. Try to identify the species with the help of some S. American floras.

Thanks to all for the valuable comments rendered to identify the species.
This plant has been kept inside the shade net house, this could be the reason for leaves colour.

Yes, appears so as per
https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:122605-1
https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/327358-Cryptanthus-acaulis
https://www.nparks.gov.sg/florafaunaweb/flora/6/7/6703

AI view in Google search says:
Cryptanthus acaulis, commonly known as Earth Star, is a bromeliad native to Brazil that is also available in India as an ornamental houseplant. It's known for its star-shaped rosette of leaves, which can be various colors and patterns, and its low-maintenance care
