Hi, Sawmliana ji,
Do the leaves in the background belong to it ?
If so, it may be Albizia sherriffii Baker f. as per images and details herein.

Hi, Sawmliana ji,
As per Flora of ChinaAlbizia sherriffii Baker f. is a small Tree, 6-9 m tall. It has got distribution in Bhutan (N); China (N):  Xizang Zizhiqu; Yunnan; India (N): Arunachal Pradesh; Assam; Sikkim; Myanmar (N) as per ILDIS.
While Albizia richardiana (syn. of Albizia niopoides var. niopoides) has been introduced in India from South America and is being planted as an ornamental tree here as per POWO and unlikely to be found in the wild. It is a large sized fast growing tree as per Flora of Bangladesh.
If detailed images are available, it will firmly establish the id.
