It will merely be a guess if i try to id this plant, because i fail to see the involucral bracts, as explained by Gurcharan Sir - https://groups.google.com/d/msg/indiantreepix/6_Nef_VKkpA/-I99ZI3SMFcJ

If i am to select one id i would select Gazania linearis, for its linear leaves with acute to acuminate apices, as in - https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en&fromgroups#!topic/indiantreepix/VKCohvfy7wo
