Argyreia are not my forte , although closeup photos of calyx is almost always required for definitive ID.

Hello,

I am able to offer the following observations regarding the Argyieia species in question.

I would like to draw the viewers attention to the manner in which the cymes arborize laterally , the pedicels sprouting new pedicels which become secondary peduncles and so forth and the spacing of the peduncles and pedicels in relation to each other, the particular pattern and especially the spacing algorithm of arborization doesn't seem consistent with A.splendins. which has a more densely arranged clustering with less space between the cymes.

The taper of the tube posted looks different to me than in Argyreia splendins, the tube posted looks more narrowed and constricted slightly below the limb, which is not present in the references linked to nor in my personal reference photos of A.splendins.

I don't know what the species posted is, although I have significant doubts that is is A.splendins for the reasons mentioned.

Thank you

Ron

Yes appears close to Argyreia splendens as per GBIF specimens- one and two and POWO.
