This is remarkable for its very long petiole, about 7 ft.

Can it be Livistona jenkinsiana Griffith?

With its abaxial arrow-shaped hastula it can as well be Corypha or maybe Washingtonia!

Finally I think I have found the correct ID.... this seems to be Corypha umbraculifera L.!

Not sure about this one, could be a Livistona, too small for a Corypha? Ask John Dransfield at Kew- from Dr. Henderson
