Dear Amit:
flowers of India says it grows in bogs, wet lands near rivers etc ..
was your tree growing in such wet places

I wish we could peek inside the flowers for the telltale signs of its flowered id...

Earlier this was called Randia turgidaCeresoides turgida is the updated name.
