I think close to images at Decalepidanthus racemosus (syn: Pseudomertensia racemosa (Royle ex Benth.) Kazmi)

I think close to images at Trigonotis microcarpa
Leaf blade ovate to oblong as per Flora of China.
Pl. see GBIF- specimen.
