Anoectochilus elatus Lindl is a terrestrial saprophytic orchid, golden brown leaves, shining, observed from Kodaikanal area of Tamilnadu

I am not sure with this picture but Anoectochilus roxburghii is also found in south India and secondly this is not saprophytic orchid.

This does look like Anoectochilus elatus. But cant confirm without flowers!
