Having such long forward projecting appendage on dorsal petal it must belongs to Impatiens jurpia complex...

In Impatiens jurpia complex there are atleast four described species....

Owing to its pubescent leaves, white lateral united petal of flower with pale yellowish throat having some red markings, red saccate lower sepal abruptly constricted into a spur and quite longer appendage on dorsal petal it should be Impatiens jurpia....
