Identifications made by viewing photographs are not reliable. However, to help you, the moss plant in the photograph is either a Bartramia or a Philonotis sp. For a proper identification, sample of specimen is obligatory.

This specimen belongs to Bartramiaceae family.
Genus and species is very difficult to identify from the image.
If you want to identify the specimen please send the specimen to me.
