             Kindly identify.Unfortunately I could  manage only one photo due to incessant rains and camera problem.I understand  it may not be possible to identify without sufficient data.I shall try and send more photos later.

height:about 7-8 ft.

Most probably Tabernaemontana alternifolia L. (Syn:Tabernaemontana heyneana Wall.of Apocynaceae family.
