If Parthenocissus then it is surely P. inserta

This is what I have been writing on an online forum where, numerous such uploads are being shared
Leaves lustrous, Please look for tendrils if branches are less than 6 and tips pointed (not with discs), inflorescence dichotomous it could be P. inserta.
If  branches six or more with adhesive tips, inflorescence racemose, leaves dull then P. quinquifolia.

POWO considers it (Parthenocissus inserta (A.Kern.) Fritsch) to be a syn. of Parthenocissus quinquefolia (L.) Planch.

Garg ji we have to decide which database we are following and stick to it
Flora of North America treats them distinct
World Flora Online treats them distinct
Catalogue of Life treats them distinct
TPL treats them distinct

Thanks, Singh ji.
As we have discussed in the past, none of them can be followed all the time. We have to follow depending on the merit in each case.
