I was thinking of some Dendrobium, but realised that it have been
separated out of Dendrobium as Diplocaulobium !!
Diplocaulobium validicolle most probably!!

Just got a reply from Dr. Andre from Royal Botanic Gardens Kew.
This could be Diplocaulobium phalangium.
