I tried to check species in GBIF as per keys in Flora of Bhutan at Elatostema and also species which are listed in Checklist of Nepal, but could not find a match as per details below:
https://www.gbif.org/species/4099704 (Elatostema grandidentatum W.T.Wang)
https://www.gbif.org/species/4099637 (Elatostema subincisum Wedd.)
https://www.gbif.org/species/7300859 (Elatostema parvum Blume ex Miq.)
https://www.gbif.org/species/5669749 (Procris crenata C.B.Rob.)

Is this some other related genus?

It could be . I had suggested for the possibility of Lecanthus petelotii  or its subsp.,
however not listed in Nepal !
Thank you Mr. Garg !

Forwarding again for Id confirmation or otherwise please.

Some earlier relevant feedback:

Is it Lecanthus peduncularis ?  - from me

It could be. I had suggested for the possibility of Lecanthus petelotii  or its subsp.,
however not listed in Nepal !
Thank you Mr. Garg !

How can we establish? This would be a new sp. for Nepal.
Thank you.

Checklist of Nepal already gives Lecanthus obtusus (Royle) Hand.-Mazz. as a syn. of Lecanthus peduncularis (Royle) Wedd.

Yes, that is there but it has not been updated and most of the databases like POWO, GBIF, CoL, IPNI and WP
have mentioned this  as different sp. Even the book by KK shrestha et all have not synonymized this sp.

Thank you.

Dear all,

The plant sp. is hardly 10-15 cm. in height, as such in my opinion
this may not be Lecanthus peduncularis (Wall. ex Royle) Wedd.

Please have a look at the links and opine.

Peduncle length has a big difference compared to Lecanthus peduncularis (Wall. ex Royle) Wedd.

Thank you.

Lecanthus obtusus (Royle) Hand.-Mazz. and Lecanthus peduncularis (Royle) Wedd. both are different and accepted.
