Taking it as Urtica himalayensis Kunth & Bouché (syn: Urtica mairei var. oblongifolia C.J.Chen; Urtica zayuensis C.J.Chen) as per discussions at A relook at our specimens of Urtica parviflora.

Perfectly fine as the distribution cited in this 2017 paper, shared by Tabish ji.

Both eFlora of Nepal (which considers U. ardens and U. parviflora synonyms) and eFlora of China (which considers U. ardens Link and U. himalayensis synonyms) can't be relied.
