Looks like Catunaregum spinosa (Randia dumetorum).

In Catunaregam spinosa the fruit is subglobose,
 but in this plant the fruit is ellipsoid. So, i hope this might be some other species.

   This is not Catunaregam uliginosa [Tamilnadia uliginosa] locally called Pandhri. Have plenty of Pandhri trees on my property. Have recently sent my photographs of Ghela.
