Dear friends, the flowers on this plant have lost their glory.

I think, It is not Spiraea canescens- from Anil ji in another thread.
To me also looks different from images at Spiraea canescens

On further scrutiny I feel it is closer to Spiraea canescens D. Don only as suggested by Gurcharan ji.
