Valley of Flowers ... about 11000 - 12000 ft
Dear friends, ID please.
Habitat: sloping meadow
Habit: small shrub, about 50 - 70 cm high, tiny flower: about 3 - 5 mm across

Any idea about leaf size?. If less than 2 cm may be Spiraea canescens.

Gurcharan ji, it would be less than or just about 2 cm long leaf.

On further scrutiny I feel it is closer to Spiraea canescens D. Don only as suggested by Gurcharan ji.
