“Erythrina crista-galli" from Ajinkya ji.
“Aarti Ji, I do not think this is Erythrina crista-galli.
We see no spines on the branch. Moreover, from my experience, Ecrysta-galli is bare of leaves when it blossoms. Once again according to deffintion of E crysta-galli, it has spines, whereas the picture does not show anyspines. It is an Erythrina but not E crystata- galli. Attaching my pictures of E crysta-galli. This however is the opinion of a lay person.
Yazdy.”
"This appears to be E. fusca which has a terminal raceme, the standard is distinct from wing/keel, stamens are excerted from keel. E.crista-galli has short axillary cymes, standard adheres to wing/keel and stamens are hardly excerted. Yazdi ji's pictures seem to be E.suberosa. Regards, Shrikant"
